B.Pharm (Practice)

Pharm (Practice) program at Rayat Bahra University focuses on clinical pharmacy and patient care. 1. A pass in Diploma course in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India

2. A registered pharmacist

3. A minimum of four years of pharmacy practice experience in a community or hospital pharmacy

B.Pharmacy (Lateral Entry)

The School of Pharmacy at Rayat Bahra University offers a dynamic B. Pharmacy program designed to provide students with a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences and management principles. The B. Pharmacy (Lateral Entry) program at Rayat Bahra University offers diploma holders in pharmacy an accelerated route to a bachelor's degree. Tailored to build upon existing knowledge, the program provides a streamlined curriculum covering essential pharmaceutical topics. With a focus on practical learning, graduates are prepared for diverse career opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.

Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India with at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category.)

Pharm.D

The six-year Pharm.D program provides comprehensive training in pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy. The curriculum emphasises both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, with opportunities for hands-on learning in clinical settings. Students learn about pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacotherapy, and patient care. Graduates are equipped to work as competent pharmacists in various healthcare settings, including clinical practice, research, and healthcare administration.

Qualify 10+2 with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized board.

Relaxation of up to 5% marks is considered for reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC.

Candidates who have completed their D.Pharm course with 40% in aggregate are also eligible to study for the Pharm D course.

Science stream with PCB (Physics, chemistry, Biology) or PCM (Physics, chemistry, Mathematics) as subjects are preferred.

M. Pharmacy - Pharmaceutics

Bachelor in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biotechnology, Micro-Biology, Medical Lab Technology, Health Sciences, Botany or Zoology)/ MBBS/BDS/B.H.M.S/B.U.M.S/B.V.Sc/B.PT/B.Pharm/ M.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing or BAMS with at least 55% marks (50% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category).

D.Pharmacy
